Responsibilities
- Lead generation and customer acquisition for Micro Business Loans
- Field sales, door-to-door marketing, and market coverage
- Explaining loan products and assisting customers with documentation
- Achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining client relationships
Must Have
- Experience in sales or field marketing preferred
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Must own a personal two-wheeler
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
