5. Free Job Placement for Job Seekers
Shyam Placement Services does not charge any fees from employees or job seekers.

All job placement and recruitment support services provided to candidates are 100% free of cost.
Any service charges, where applicable, are payable only by employers/clients as per mutually agreed terms.

6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and usage of the Platform.
You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your registered account.
You agree not to misuse the Platform or Services for any unlawful, illegal, or prohibited purpose under applicable Indian laws.
 
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of information, job listings, or materials available on the Platform. Such information may contain errors or inaccuracies, and we expressly disclaim liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Use at Your Own Risk
Your use of the Platform and Services is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for independently evaluating whether the Services meet your requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, penalties, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
